Terms of Payment

1. If you book Lombok Transport service with us, The price already includes the driver, gasoline, and parking fees.
2. Full payment is required in advance, or you can pay in full upon meeting our driver.
3. Payment methods are available with bank transfer or Wise transfer.

5. Share your arrival schedule at Lombok Airport or any harbor on Lombok Island for the pick-up service.
6. Payments can be made when you meet our driver with cash or pay in advance via bank transfer or Wise.
7. For last-minute bookings, please get in touch with us at least 3 hours before your arrival time.

Cancellation Policy Lombok Transport service

• A full refund will be issued if you cancel the booking within 1 day.
• Full charge of the deposit if you cancel on the departure date.
