Booking Process:
Reservation:
Inquire through our booking form, email (mountrinjanit@gmail.com), or WhatsApp. A confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp.
Secure Your Booking:
Confirm your booking with a deposit (25% of the total cost).
Provide a copy of your passport (for foreign travelers) or KTP (for Indonesians).
Share your arrival schedule (flight or boat details) for pick-up arrangements.
Steps to Confirm Your Reservation:
Passport Copy:
Send a scanned copy of your passport for identification.
Deposit Payment:
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment options:
Bank Transfer: Details provided upon request.
PayPal: A payment link will be sent to your email.
Arrival Details:
Provide flight or fast boat details 2 days before your arrival for pick-up arrangements.
If already in Lombok, share your hotel name and pick-up time.
Finalize Arrangements:
We’ll finalize your travel plans once your arrival details are received.
Payment Terms:
Validity: Prices are valid from April 1 to December 31, 2025.
Deposit: Must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
Balance Payment: Payable in cash upon arrival or via credit/debit card with a 3% fee.
Cancellation Policy:
After Deposit: National Park entrance fee will be charged.
Within 7 Days: 50% of the deposit + National Park entrance fee.
Within 2 Days or on Departure Date: No refund.
Medical Information:
Participants should be healthy and fit for the trip. Inform us of any medical issues or dietary restrictions in advance.
Limitation of Liability:
Green Rinjani acts as an intermediary and accepts no responsibility for issues outside our control (loss, injury, schedule changes).
