4. If your flight or boat schedule is delayed at the last minute, please let us know.
5. For hotel pick-up or transfer services, please send us the hotel details (name and address), along with your desired pick-up time.

Terms of Payment

1. If you book Lombok Transport service with us, The price already includes the driver, gasoline, and parking fees.
2. Full payment is required in advance, or you can pay in full upon meeting our driver.
3. Payment methods are available with bank transfer or Wise transfer.

The Booking Process If you book Lombok Transport service with us.

2. You will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed.
3. Secure your booking by sending a deposit.
4. You will receive payment confirmation.
5. Share your arrival schedule at Lombok Airport or any harbor on Lombok Island for the pick-up service.
6. Payments can be made when you meet our driver with cash or pay in advance via bank transfer or Wise.
7. For last-minute bookings, please get in touch with us at least 3 hours before your arrival time.

Cancellation Policy Lombok Transport service

• A full refund will be issued if you cancel the booking within 1 day.
• Full charge of the deposit if you cancel on the departure date.
