Additional information you should know:

1. All services on board are the responsibility of the boat tour organizer.
2. We are a travel agent, not the boat tour operator/organizer for this trip. The boat team decides and arranges all activities on the island.
3. You should follow the boat guide’s arrangements during the tour for safety and easier control.
4. Labuan Bajo boat organization protects all tour activities. Evacuation and rescue of travelers will be a priority for all boats.
5. Schedules are subject to change at any time if weather jeopardizes travel. Always trust the boat captain, and do not risk your life.
6. If the boat suddenly breaks down, we will find a replacement boat at an adjusted, reduced, or increased price. If you disagree with this condition, the security deposit will be refunded.
7. Safety is a priority. If the boat’s engine suddenly malfunctions at the last minute, we will replace the boat immediately without notice. You should follow the arrangements of our tour operator to make the best choice for the trip.

Term of Payment:

• You can make a deposit payment using our bank account or PayPal.
• We are not responsible for any taxes.
• You must pay the balance in cash upon arrival.

Cancelation policy:

• A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days.
• A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days.
• A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
• We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.
